REPSOL-GAS NATURAL LNG ("Stream") is a joint venture between Repsol (50%) and Gas Natural Fenosa (50%) to develop international LNG business: supply, transportation and wholesale marketing of liquefied natural gas. This joint venture responds to the strong increase in the LNG demand, the growing spot market and the global liberalization of the world gas and electricity markets
