It is with great pleasure that I welcome you to STREAM's web page. You will find in our website a significant amount of information about our company and about the sector in which it develops its activity, the Liquefied Natural Gas business.

STREAM was created in 2005 as a joint venture between REPSOL and GAS NATURAL. Both companies, involved in the LNG industry, decided to coordinate their efforts through a new business unit.

STREAM is essentially flow management, a meaning that its name attempts to evoke. Its mission is the daily administration of the supply and marketing contracts that belong to REPSOL and GAS NATURAL, as well as the joint and coordinated management of their respective LNG carrier fleet. The possibility to work with a greater number of contracts and ships enables STREAM to design significant optimisation processes that benefit all the agents involved in the LNG chain.

STREAM also manages the commercial development. It seeks and finds new sources of supply and new markets for its partners, thereby increasing its operating capacity in a highly changing environment.

To round off its commercial management, STREAM has a trading unit that adjusts the short and medium term balance of its partners' LNG needs, thereby allowing full supply to the marketing units.

Finally, STREAM also works on technological development, seeking continuous improvement in maritime transportation, vessel loading and unloading operations, cost optimisation and the environmental impact of all its activities.
