LNG Logistics Activity

The Logistics Department, which reports to the Maritime Transport Direction, is the bridge which links the gas supplier with the distribution system, making it possible for demand to be covered all the time.

The main objective of Logistics is to ensure that the liquefied natural gas, or LNG, transported by LNG vessels, reaches the regasification plants at the right time and in the requested amounts, for this purpose it performs complex scheduling that meticulously regulates the monthly, quarterly and yearly loading and discharging plans.

The mission of LNG Logistics is to ensure that the LNG chain, which begins with the supplier and ends with the customer, is not interrupted, and in order to achieve this, it interacts with all the directions/departments that form the STREAM.

LNG Logistics plays a coordinating role within the STREAM in terms that it acts as a gear that actively participates in the good performance of trading and supply operations.

At present, it's managed the operation of the Partners' 11 LNG carriers, as well as their Long and Medium-Term Supply Contracts existing with Nigeria, Qatar, Trinidad & Tobago and Libya.
